Message from Superintendent Spearman
Superintendent Spearman has called on communities to prepare for the new ACT tests being administered in two weeks. She’s also examining our testing requirements to determine what kinds of tests students are taking – and how many – to ensure that we have “a fair system that balances the need for testing with a passion for learning.” See her statement and video here: http://1.usa.gov/1Hp1zOk #TestReadySC
ACT News
ACT Aspire, ACT Workkeys and the ACT will be administered to students next month. Is your child ready? ACT, Inc. explains in this letter to parents and students why these tests are important and how to prepare for them: http://1.usa.gov/1HXZPtK #TestReadySC
New Standards
Did you know that there are testing changes coming to South Carolina? Learn more about the new ACT tests being administered to all students in grades 3-8 and in the 11th grade this April. Learn what is being tested, find out test dates, and how you can get your children prepared by clicking on the ACT button on the homepage of the South Carolina Department of Education:http://ed.sc.gov/
Hall of Fame 2015
Congratulations to our 2015 Hall of Fame members.  They are: Kimberly Flippo, Katie Foss, Alex Gambill, Jonathan Grimm, Ajay Heera, Cassandra Hooper, Victor Johnson, Juliann Lloyd, Jacqueline Phillips, Jackson Poole, and Erin Spivey.  We are happy to have this amazing group of students representing NAHS!
  SchoolFusion Parent Accounts

A SchoolFusion Parent Account allows parents to view all of their children’s classroom information in one web location. Parents can check assignments, view important deadlines on FusionPage calendars, follow their children's sports calendars, school events and much more!  Once parents have created an account email notifications will be sent when new announcements and assignments are added.  Only parents/guardians of students enrolled in Aiken County Public School District are allowed to register.

To create a parent account, you will need the student id# for each student and birthdate.  The birthdate should be keyed in with  no leading zero or dashes.
